Claudia Faith was publishing one newsletter a week and burning out. She wanted to move to a Tuesday and Thursday schedule across multiple publications, but each article took 3 to 4 hours to produce. At that pace, the new schedule wasn’t possible.

She discovered that Claude Code reads a project level file called CLAUDE.md automatically at the start of every session. Whatever she put in that file, Claude followed every time, with no re-briefing required. That discovery changed her whole workflow.

She spent 45 minutes building a 400 line style guide that teaches Claude to analyze her past posts, extract her voice patterns, and generate all eight content deliverables from a single topic prompt. The first article it produced was 80% her. After a few iterations, it hit 95%.

She now publishes across three separate publications. The combined weekly output that used to take 12 or more hours now takes a fraction of that. Enjoy.
