James Presbitero was repurposing every newsletter issue into a LinkedIn carousel by hand. Same article, new format, but the process reset every time. Pick a layout, match the palette from memory, second-guess the caption, hope the voice still sounded like him by slide six.

The carousels that worked shared a pattern. The palette never moved. The voice never drifted. Only the layout and the angle changed from post to post. So he built a system that locks the things that make a post recognizably his and leaves the storytelling free to change with every topic.

That became Carousel Kit: one setup step that captures brand, voice, and funnel, then two ways to generate from it. A fast, locked-template path for consistency, and a free-layout path for when a piece deserves something different. Both pull from the same guardrails, so nothing ships off-brand.

Enjoy.

Problem This Skill Solves

Turning an article into a carousel usually means rebuilding your brand decisions every single time: palette, fonts, voice, CTA. Carousel Kit locks those once during setup, then derives the reader angle, proposes a slide structure, and renders finished JPGs (and a PDF for document-style posts) that stay on-brand no matter who’s writing the topic.
